Hi! this site is the Da Costa (original spelling) Family site. We originaly came from Portual. and settled in Bermuda. Most of us live in the U.S. now. My nane is Derek Da Costa, I'm 40 & live in Minnasota. | ||||||||||||||||

The Azores are a small set of islands of the coast of portugal in the atlantic ocean. This is where my great grandfather came from. The U.S. Navy has a large base here as dose the U.S. Airforce. My interests include Rodeo, Scuba Diving, Live theater, reading, Politics and Bull Fighting. Unlike Spain the bull is not killed in Portugal. Even though Bull Fighting is not legal in the U.S. it is still preformed in the Portugese community in California. It is not a sport as Americans think of sports, it is more like a theatrical play. | |||||||||||||||||
